We’re creating a podcast about grief as it is actually lived — complicated, messy, ordinary, devastating, funny, lonely, loving and sometimes all of those things at once.
We’ll talk with grieving people, counsellors, researchers, authors and others who work alongside loss about everything from continuing bonds, traumatic and sudden loss, parenting through grief and supporting someone who is grieving, to friendship, relationships, identity, memory, anger, guilt, finding meaning and learning to live with what cannot be fixed.
And sometimes, we’ll simply talk about the things people don’t seem to talk about enough.
have something to say?
We want grieving voices to be part of these conversations.
If you have lived experience, a perspective you think deserves more space, professional knowledge to share, or simply a grief story you think someone else might need to hear, we’d love to hear from you.
I’d like to be featuredYou don’t need to be an expert. You don’t need to have the right words. You just need to be willing to have an honest conversation.
